The whole failure list, in one place
Broken springs and cables, track and roller problems, damaged panels, opener and remote faults, noisy or uneven travel, broken hinges and hardware, doors that stick, and safety sensors out of alignment. That list covers essentially every residential call we take.
Some of those are emergencies and some are not. A door stuck open is a security problem and gets treated as urgent. A door that has started to judder is not urgent, but it is cheaper now than after it has taken the opener with it.
Installation and replacement sit alongside the repair work: new installs, steel, wood, aluminium and composite doors, insulated and energy efficient options, custom style and colour selection, and removal of the old system.

Preventative maintenance, and what it actually includes
A maintenance visit is a full safety inspection, an opener system check, track and hardware adjustment, lubrication of the moving parts, and a spring tension test. The spring test is the one that matters most, because a spring losing tension is what quietly destroys openers.
The balance check is done by hand with the opener disconnected. A properly balanced door stays put when you let go of it halfway. If it drifts, the spring is out and the motor has been compensating.
In this climate the lubrication and the hardware tightening are not cosmetic. Wet winters and temperature swings work fixings loose and put rust where rust slows things down.

Emergency service, and what that means here
We offer emergency service day or night for the doors that cannot wait: a door dangling off its track, a door stuck open overnight, a spring that has gone with a car shut inside.
Being based on the plateau is the practical part of that. The shop is on SE 354th Street rather than an hour away, and one review on our Google listing describes us being up the road and at the house within five minutes of the call. That is not typical of every job, but the short radius is why it is possible at all.
